CHAT – AT supporting Remote and On-Site Employment Opportunities

Thank you to everyone who joined the FreedomTech  CHAT in partnership with Employers for Change where we discussed the role Accessible and Assistive Technologies play in supporting people with disabilities to work remotely and on-site.

This was followed by Laura Dempsey and Cillian Keating sharing how AT supports the practicalities of remote and on-site working, chaired by Gearóid KearneyMyaccesshub.io

Christabelle then chaired a session with employers and support services on – How well is Assistive Technology understood as a reasonable accommodation by employers and supported through workplace assessments? She chatted with Alan Wright, Accessibility Lead Bank of Ireland, Sean Brady – Cloud Assist, Ann O’Connor – UL and Kathleen Lucey – Dell.
